Summary / Objective
Responsible for keeping the warehouses organized, clean, picking and packing products away, and updating the warehouse computer system to register items.
Essential Functions

- Receive trucks and unload product
- Stack product on racks
- Record inventory data manually or on a computer or handheld electronic device
- Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts of stock
- Assist other stockroom staff as needed
- Check-in product and affix labels
- Move materials off racks and package for shipment
- Place product on pallets or shelves for distribution
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as many stockroom items are cumbersome and heavy
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse
- Maintain or update stock location
- Keep the stock room neat and orderly
- Operate machinery for moving stock items

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk;
use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Lift up to 40 pounds or odd-shaped boxes and equipment.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hourly position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.
Required Education and Responsibilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent education level as a minimum requirement
- One-year parts / warehouse related experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to cope with varying levels of workload and multiple tasks
- Knowledge of proper packaging methods and ability to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible and proactive to meet company needs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
