As a Contract Process Specialist based in Tacoma, Washington. You will be responsible for administrative activities/tasks to support the Inside Sales Team, management, and customers.
With your excellent multi tasking capabilities, you will provide a range of support duties including managing the processing of all incoming orders and related data, as well as provide order detail communication to all relevant departments in line with the Company’s objectives, goals, and procedures.
You will ensure compliance with preparation and processing of documents, effectively coordinate incoming purchase orders and order revisions and review for processing requirements, enter all valid purchase orders into the electronic operating system in a timely fashion, identify and enter revenue stream information. As well as process new construction pattern work billing information as needed, initiate and maintain hard copy and electronic order files by customer and purchase order.
As a strong collaborator, you will notify Sales/customer of discrepant/missing order information. Maintain status of outstanding information requests document, control backup for Quality Control, NOFORN document review, ITAR Document review and estimating backup for quote preparation.
With excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you will work alongside internal stakeholders and customers to implement contracts that ensure execution meets company targets.
