Position Overview: We are looking for a Maintenance Helper to join our Maintenance Department and assist in maintaining and lubricating mechanical equipment, machinery, and components with safety as a priority.
Primary Responsibilities
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Must be flexible for OT if needed)
Applicants must be either U.S. citizens, green card holders, or permanent residents of the United States to be considered for this position.

Primary Responsibilities
- Follow a daily work guide
- Follow daily grease route
- Assist Maintenance Mechanics and Millwrights to carry out preventive maintenance and work orders on equipment per the schedule and work instructions provided
- Maintain required record files and logs on various pieces of equipment
- Utilize proper tools necessary to perform maintenance & repairs throughout foundry
- Understand and follow Lock-out Tag-out, Confined space, and Fall protection policies
- Keep areas clean and practice good housekeeping in all work areas
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
- Familiarity working with various tools and equipment
- Excellent physical condition and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, requirements/specifications, and technical documents
