Bradley Caldwell, Inc., is a wholesale distributor of Pet, Farm & Equine, and Lawn & Garden supplies. Currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a variety of inbound telephone calls and emails. You will process orders, make follow up calls to customers and provide assistance to our external sales force.
This is a full-time, entry-level position, offering full benefits. As a family-owned business, opportunities for advancement are often filled from inside the company. Additional incentive opportunities are available through meeting team sales goals. This position is 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

· Customer Service experience in a call center preferred
