Position Summary: Works under immediate supervision and is responsible for performing routine clerical and office duties. This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.
Position Accountabilities:
1) Enters information into computer as required.
2) Answers, screens, and routes calls, and takes messages.
3) Schedules patients for treatment.
4) Maintains files, ledgers and registers and retrieves correspondence from files as needed.
5) Operates office equipment and distributes correspondence.
6) Delivers and picks up mail daily to and from hospital.
7) Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
Experience and Training:
One year of clerical experience.
