The Role: KOS Services LLC actively seeks a motivated Executive Assistant. The role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and other senior staff. The Executive Assistant will perform diverse administrative & executive support-related functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and the ability to anticipate business needs and priorities for the CEO and senior staff.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff
- Arrange travel for executives
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Coordinate and maintain appointment schedules and calendars, and proactively take responsibility for calendar management utilizing good judgment and initiative
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong technical skills – proficiency with MS Office
- Able to multi-task and deal with interruptions and unexpected events
- Ability to work individually with minimal supervision or as part of a team with sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
- Highly organized and detail orientated
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
