This position is responsible for working with the SAMS and inside sales team to provide rental options for schedule planed outages and emergency shut downs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the work performed by the rental operations team assigned to each job, which could include pipefitters, welders, and electricians.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Performs inbound and outbound inspections on all rental equipment and notifies the Rental Operations Leader immediately of repairs that are necessary
- Performs stick welding in accordance with Brady’s welding procedures on rental installation jobs
- Ensures all equipment is fully operational prior to being rented
- Ensures the cleanliness of all rental equipment before sending out to a customer
- Tracks and schedules all rental equipment PM’s with Service Department to ensure PM’s are up-to-date and current as to not delay any rental opportunities
- Assists service techs (when needed) on minor rental equipment repairs and maintenance
- Ensures that the rental paperwork is complete prior to releasing and returning rental equipment to/from each job site
- Performs occasional field inspections of rental machines as requested and required
- Schedules tractor trailer as needed to ensure rental equipment arrive on site when needed
- Ensures the rental yard is kept organized; stores and stages equipment and materials in appropriate areas
- Works as a team to rig and install necessary rental equipment
- Assists other team members with job duties as necessary
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices
- Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company's mission and values
- Ability to travel to the customer locations and stay overnight out of town
WORK HOURS: Monday thru Friday, overtime/evenings/weekends as required

The associate frequently is required to walk and use hands to operate computer keyboard, mouse and telephone keyboard. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
This position works in a typical warehouse/shop environment with occasional visits to job sites, which include outdoor work and work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the job site visits, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Qualifications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); welding certification from accredited institution
- Must be able to pass in-house welding test
- 5 years of HVAC systems and equipment installtion experience
- Proficiency with cell phone and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to prove US employment eligibility
- Must possess a valid drivers license
