Braemar Construction Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. The Construction Administrator oversees Braemar Construction New Homes, Foundation and Excavation divisions. Will assists with all administrative aspects of construction projects from start to finish and will serve as a liaison between the client and the builder.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with Division leads and supervisors
- Submit plans, revisions and get permits from building departments.

- Prepare estimates, create invoices and open job accounts for the divisions.

- Submit Draws for construction Loans and receive the payments

- Enter budgets and estimates for new constructions

- Review Profit and Loss

- Schedule inspections and meter sets

- Order materials and keep records of all materials ordered

- Set up utilities for new projects

- Meet with clients to choose colors and red lines plans

- Close out homes that are sold in QuickBooks

- Make sure warranty binders are ready for customers when the house is closed

- Make sure warranty works are handled in a timely manner

- Submit final paperwork to receive the Certificate of Occupancy

- Keep New Homes files and store information into drives

- Protects company value by keeping information confidential

- Track time and credit card expenses for its divisions

Requirements:

- Customer service orientation skills

- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive and QuickBooks

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Some college highly preferred

- Prefer three years experience in the New Construction Industry

- Strong data entry skills

- Excellent research and record keeping skills

Pay: $35,360.00 - $50,000.00 per year
