Brahma Consulting Group, a new age recruitment firm, is assisting our client in the search for an Executive Administrator. This position is remote, but we are looking for candidates who are located in the St Louis, MO

Overview:

A Saint Louis, MO based entrepreneur is seeking a results-driven and detail oriented executive assistant. Looking for an individual that will act as a business partner on behalf of the executive to drive company performance, improve operational effectiveness, and help manage both employee and key stakeholder relationships. One of the key objectives is to free up the time of the executive to solely focus on business growth, strategy, leadership, and his family.

The right candidate will have an instinctive ability to recognize, retain, and respect the talent within the organization. They will have the ability to lead and guide employees to reach their full potential through support and mentorship.

We're not looking for simply an administrative assistant. We are looking for someone to act, lead, and communicate the vision and company objectives. Excellent work ethic, business acumen, and people skills are required. The ideal individual will be able to support multiple organizations and job functions as well as specify, strategize and define opportunities.

Job Summary:

  • Participate in all critical phone calls and meetings, taking notes, tracking, and following up on action items, ensuring the organizations are staying focused on top priorities
  • Provide high level support to the president of multiple business ventures ensuring that all processes needed to advance business are done with integrity and accuracy.
  • This role requires a great deal of professionalism as the executive values privacy.

General Qualifications:

  • Project and/or program management experience preferred.
  • Use company software to manage and complete projects. With the ability to prioritize work assignments and organize workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters, whether inside or outside the organization.
  • Lead, Manage, Holds team accountable to company rocks and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision, make decisions in accordance with company policies.
  • Proven organizational skills, self-starter, multi-tasker, and the ability to take initiative and meet priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with frequent disruptions and reprioritize assignments as necessary.
  • Proven experience driving complex projects while successfully executing and implementing concepts, plans and initiatives.
  • Proven skills in the use of math, business English, grammar, letter writing, and the taking and transcribing of business meeting minutes.
  • Successful experience in and the ability to work as a member of an effective team, work with multiple departments, and to work under pressure, always maintaining a sense of humor.
  • Manage and handle all external stakeholder and vendor calls. Conduct calls yourself on occasion and report back to the executive team.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications, G-suite, and internal company software.
  • Committed to ongoing learning both personally and professionally to develop new or additional skills to grow within their role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

  • St. Louis, MO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Google Suite: 4 years (Preferred)
