In business and Atlanta-based for more than 30 years, they specialize in Event Production, Virtual Production, A/V installation, and Creative Services. Their unique capabilities and extensive inventory allow them to encapsulate audiences and provide experiential solutions for companies and organizations across industries.
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Sales & Account Manager who can generate revenue for the company and manage each account they acquire with professionalism and a high level of attention to detail and service.

The Work
The client currently generates almost 100% of revenue from existing clients because they are GREAT at cultivating long term relationships. Now they need a Sales & Account Manager who can expand their client base.
- Build a new sales pipeline/funnel and work to convert prospects into deals
- Research prospective client’s business needs and act as their primary point of contact
- Manage the sales cycle from start to finish. Lead client through consultation, sale, and event execution while instilling trust and building a long-term relationship
- Own and oversee client events; execute all aspects of implementation with strong attention to detail and outstanding customer service
- Internalize and learn the client’s current business development strategy; uncover ways to modify or expand it
- Communicate regularly with existing clients and seek opportunities help solve the their newest business challenges
- Manage and engage in frequent client contact to ensure client feels comfortable and heard; solve current problems; anticipate client needs to avoid potential obstacles to achieving total client satisfaction.
- Serve as the senior-level, primary point of contact for several clients in the business portfolio
- Bring clarity and organization to clients’ event dreams by collaborating with the team; write compelling proposals that illustrate you can bring their concepts to life
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Report directly to the CEO who wants to set you up for success

Requirements & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in an A/V related field; you know your way around A/V equipment like the back of your hand
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and client management; home automation, A/V or integration systems experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales funnel process to get to a “yes”
- Strategic and tactical thinker
- Knowledge of IntelliEvent software highly useful

- Must be Atlanta-based; hybrid work schedule considered.
- Degree not required but nice to have
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
