Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph.  Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a lab manager to support a dynamic lab environment - bringing equipment in, getting equipment set up, troubleshooting any issues, designing improvements, designing modifications to deal with new requirements, and ensuring the equipment is running smoothly.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 15 years of IT experience, or 10 years of IT experience with a BS degree

Candidates will be doing all of these tasks (so the more of these candidates have experience with, the better of a fit they'll be):

• Repair and modifies hardware components to include removing chips, installing sockets, soldering boards, manipulating electrical wiring, etc.
• Installs and customizes as necessary hardware and/or software components into development and test infrastructure computer systems and networks
• Helps troubleshoot network, system, server, architecture, or infrastructure issues​
• Maintains system inventory
• ​Design / architect plans for new networks, network moves, and to solve technical problems
• Conducts site surveys
