LOCATION: Remote (TimeZone: BST, CST, EST)
HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $100 - $125 USD / HR
ESTIMATED DURATION: 40Hrs/Week - Long Term, 6-month project

Braintrust (usebraintrust.com) is a user-controlled talent network, where you keep 100% of what you earn and actually get to own the platform. We've been onboarding some big clients and specifically need a Product Designer for our client.
Key Deliverables
Collaborate and interact with product managers, technical leads, engineers and other product design team members to identify product opportunities and create compelling interfaces
Define product design strategies for established and green-field products and platforms
Undertake user research and synthesize insights that inform product roadmaps
Participate in product design refinement and revision based on the outcome of user validation sessions, and inputs and suggestions from the product team
Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production quality designs that effectively communicate design directions and detailed designs
Participate in multiple Product Design team led initiatives and firmwide initiatives in order to communicate the value of product design
Contribute to the Product Design team in multiple internal initiatives, and contribute to growth of the team members and the overall team's goals
Actively participate in the growth of team members through knowledge sharing sessions and by creating a culture of sharing & learning
Experience
3 years of industry experience in digital product design
Experience designing and shipping large-scale product releases
Passion for solving complex large-scale problems
Experience working on enterprise platforms that leverage large enterprise design systems
Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe and Axure.
Understanding of web standards, capabilities, and best practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
