A global technology company, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. Based in Louisville, CO, you'll handle day-to-day financial transactions, supporting our mission to revolutionize quantum computing.
Location: Louisville, CO (Hybrid)
Start Date: 5/13 or 5/20
Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension or conversion
Pay Rate: $30/hour
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of prior accounting experience, including full-cycle AP experience
- Experience with credit card reconciliation, 3 way-match, high volume invoices, POs, and expense reports
- Understands commercial coding, job cost coding, and project coding
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, and Sharepoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mindset for tracking down information and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with working with engineers and scientists
- Experience with a NetSuite Implementation
