We are looking to hire a Web Project Manager who will be in the center of the action as one of the key roles in connecting sales, design, and development, and fostering an efficient collaboration between clients and the internal team.
As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing development and design account organization, coordinating ongoing client and team communications, supporting prospective account sales processes, proposals and contracts, project tasks and calendars, deliverables, and overall account health and relations.
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational support, problem solving skill sets, professional communication, and applicable industry knowledge/experience.
Day Life of a Web Project Manager:
First things first, team coffee (if you drink it)! Next, you begin reviewing the team's calendar, the day’s projects, emails, and client check-ins. Overall, you are off and running as you work alongside team members to create, build, and launch multiple projects assigned. From brand logos to design collateral, online ecommerce stores and service websites, and beyond.
The active role of a Project Manager is at the center of it all. You are responsible for ensuring the health and productivity of each project assigned, as well as managing the internal resources of the team. From client communication and relationship building, to knowing client needs and objectives, Project Managers help to deliver solutions that are in line with our services, making the client’s success, our team success.
Job Responsibilities:
- *Organize, create, and manage project timelines, details, and client communications.
- *Accomplish project objectives within set due dates, budget, and team management.
- *Coordinate with contributing design, development, and marketing team members.
- *Collect project specific assets and credentials from clients.
- *Facilitate, build and maintain ongoing client relations.
- *Manage simultaneous projects and client relations.
