In this role, you will develop and post job descriptions using social media and other platforms to identify suitable applicants. You will analyze the recruitment process and make recommendations for improvements or changes. Department Essential Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for all phases of the recruitment process
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Collaborate with hiring managers regularly
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and other hiring sources
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Provide recruiting reports that track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, assessment methods, and recruiting process
- Manage recruitment activities
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies

Required Experience
- Two-Four years of experience supporting all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
- Effectively communicating with all levels of leadership
- Working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing requirements to meet short deadlines
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, as well as Human Resource Information System (HRIA) or Human Resource Capital Management Systems (HRCMS) to carry out our required recruitment and hiring functions
- Microsoft Office products
