In this great opportunity the Account Supervisor will work directly with BrandLync’s clients, including the preparation and presentation of account reviews and recommendations.
The Account Supervisor works with all departments to help manage the flow of creative and program materials from client inception to final delivery, ensuring client success. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast paced environment, is very detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects & deadlines, can work independently, and has excellent person-to-person skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and grow client relationships including direct client communication
- Managing client materials for multiple projects across full campaign duration to ensure delivery requirements and objectives are accomplished
- Building a thorough understanding of client’s product
- Remain active in client initiatives and strategy projects
- Manage multiple clients and be involved in day-to-day coordination
- Enter campaign orders and details into production management system
- Proactively identify potential issues and find creative solutions beforehand
- Exhibit amazing client and intracompany communication and support
- Quality control and assurance over all creative and reporting assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in related field
- 4-6 years automotive marketing experience; advertising agency knowledge/experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledge of Automotive industry CRM and CMS systems a definite plus
- Exceptional written and oral communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, completing them efficiently and on time
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Ability to work and collaborate with multiple clients that require different levels of support
- Strong project management and Google Drive skills
- Displays a strong sense of urgency and a desire to win
Account Supervisor $60-75k
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
