Job Overview
As a part-time SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customers’ SEO strategy, which includes both on-page and technical SEO to ensure customer success. This role has the potential to be full time in the future.

Responsibilities

• On-page and Technical SEO
• Optimizing individual web pages around specific keywords, including, but not limited to monthly blogging

• Develop and implement content strategy

• Perform
• Audits to prioritize issues

• Keyword mapping

• CRO Analysis

• JSON-LD Schema

• Keyword research and ranking analysis

• Link cleanups

• XML sitemap configuration

• Review and configuration of Robot.txt files

• Backlink generation

• Duplicate content analysis and removal

• Suggest additional SEO improvements

• Collaborate with our Web and Marketing team

• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and Marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

• 1 year of experience

• Lives in or is willing to commute to Rochester, NY

• Writing in scripting languages

• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports

• Independently lead problem-solving
