We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our personal injury team New Jersey. As a key member of our pre litigation team, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, dashboards are utilized effectively, important processes are followed, and managing overall quality control. In addition, you will play a crucial role in training team members are non-substantive related matters, helping them work smarter and improve their organizational skills.
