We invite you to join the GPS team as an Advanced Practice Provider -- Nurse Practitioner (NP). This is a collaborative role where you will work with skilled nursing center leadership to meet specific clinical goals/priorities and with the Medical Directors and/or Attending Physicians for patient-specific medical care. The Advanced Practice Provider -- NP provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.

Qualifications: The Advanced Practice Provider - NP must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and have a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Will consider other concentrations/specialty tracks based on experience and business need.
