Experience with implementing Workday Learning and Recruiting solutions as part of a large scale HR business transformation in a globally diverse organization

Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation
Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues and defects
Workday Functional Certifications; Workday Pro certification in one or multiple of the Recruiting, Learning, Talent functional areas and previous support experience
Responsibilities
Manage benefits enrollment, including educating employees on benefits options, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
Resolve employee payroll and benefits issues and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to benefits and payroll.
Participate in systems implementations related to payroll by defining requirements, participate in preparing test plans, and documenting test results.
Maintain the HRIS (Workday) regularly updating employee information, ensuring all information is kept current.
Analyze and present potential solutions to system issues and options for change requests to various stakeholders
Develops and drives innovative and proactive change efforts for HR process improvements, including enhancements to end user experience
Handles ad-hoc or complex mass uploads
Supports Workday users with completing processes as required
