Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of construction experience
Ability to act as a lead and stand-alone project manager on assigned jobs
Experience managing all aspects of construction projects including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical
Ability to manage multiple projects and successfully prioritize competing deadlines for all projects assigned
Working knowledge of construction softwares such as Procore
Basic working knowledge of financial accounting systems
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Technical writing skills
Conflict resolution skills and experience successfully resolving disputes
Superior organizational skills
Ability to multitask successfully
