Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals in their residential care settings
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, daily incontinence, and activities encouragement
- Implement and support individuals in developing independent living skills
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with co-workers and their families
- Ability to follow instructions and work as a team or independently
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Experience with behavior management, crisis intervention, and daily incontinence issues is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
Certifications: First Aid & CPR (a must)
