Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House is Opening a NEW Location in Grapevine!
We are looking for positive, upbeat, service oriented people to join our team.
All employees are expected to:

- Report to work as scheduled (no earlier than five minutes), in uniform, and ready to work.
- Perform duties as assigned. Follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule.
- Provide the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.
Servers Primary Job Functions:
- Communicate with guest to compile food and drink order.
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.
- Key guest’s food and drink order into POS system.
- Serves alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.
- Identifies orders when ready; delivers items to guests in a timely manner while practicing proper food handling.
- Communicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Process credit card transactions in accordance with company standards.
- Maintains full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information.
- Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
- Prepares work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards.
- Performs additional responsibilities, as requested by the management team.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must clearly speak and write English.
- Required to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
- Required to purchase appropriate uniform upon hiring.
- Required to stand, walk, lift, climb stairs and bend for long periods of time.
Certifications and/or Testing Required:
- Maintains a current TABC serving permit and food handler’s permit. Must be able to follow appropriate serving practices as outlined by TABC and company policy
