Data Report Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Generate reports and presentation materials derived from in-house databases.
• Regularly validate and correct databases to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain hardcopy records as needed.
• Fulfill regularly scheduled reports and other tasks.
• Respond to and fulfill on demand requests for standard and custom reports.
• Data entry for various internal needs.
• Data entry into various external systems.
• Assist department managers with specific tasks as needed.
• Always be alert and open to possible improvements in our processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in computer skills
• Strict attention to detail and accuracy required.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Familiarity with “Transoft” preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM program concepts preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with “Coupa” purchasing management system preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn new computer platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
• Strong desire to help the team exceed the needs of our customers.
• Stable employment history
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screen

Salary dependent upon experience and skill level
