Reports To:Location Manager
Objective:To ensure excellent customer experience in all aspects of administration while maintaining efficient, productive and positive office culture.
Summary of Position: The Administrator is tasked with general office support and customer service. The Administrator will greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and field inquiries for sales staff. The position will also be tasked with facilities management and the coordination of those services. The Administrator will offer support to the sales staff and location leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet office visitors
Answer and direct phone calls while ensuring customer follow up is handled as needed
Perform a variety of administrative duties such as generating and distributing communications to team, sorting and distributing mail, tracking office meetings and appointments
Manage company facility including meeting facilities and general office organization and cleanliness
Administrative support to sales team and location leadership
Plan and coordinate team events as directed
Prioritize resources in alignment company values ensuring customer’s needs are met
Attend department meetings as required.
Occasional local travel as needed
Fiscal responsibility for all assets & property assigned
Customer service, including the ability to work with high profile and high demand customers
Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security
Adherence to state and federal laws, including adherence to traffic laws
Qualifications: The Administrator should have superb written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational skills, and attention to detail, along with strong time-management and multitasking abilities. They should be proficient with office applications and possess an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Additional Requirements:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 360 products
May require sitting for extended periods
Communicate effectively in a high intensity and rapidly changing environment
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and clear criminal record required
