Our office is in the historic Merino Mill in downtown Mooresville. This 8300 sq. ft. facility houses a well-lit office area and adjoining shop. Our office includes CAD workstations, an electronics lab, a break room, and meeting rooms. Our fabrication shop is filled with natural light and well equipped with CNC mills, a CNC lathe, saws, a laser cutter, welding capabilities, and a PCB pick and place assembly line. As such, our engineers are empowered to go directly from a conceptualized design to working in collaboration with our full-time machinists to develop prototypes in house. This ability to quickly iterate design ideas and converge on a viable solution is further enhanced by our farm of FDM and SLA 3D printers.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our team and our customers. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow while fielding a variety of work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires full-time in office support.
Position Summary
To provide exceptional support to the Executive Team and other team members and to assist in day-to-day operations and marketing activities. Efforts will be split approximately equal between Bravo Team and BravoWalk.
Essential Functions:
The successful candidate will exercise independent judgment and ability in providing a wide range of administrative services. Essential duties may include, but are not limited, to the following:
Bravo Team Support (~ 50%)
1. Scanning and filing of documents
2. Data entry
3. Keeping office organized and stocked with required supplies and snacks
4. Daily removal of trash and cardboard from office and shop
5. Coordinate the transfer of recycling collected in office and shop bins
6. Support management of company mail, shipping, and receiving
7. Stay in contact with Executive Team and other team members to help support day to day operations
8. Provide support to our Senior Accountant as necessary to facilitate bookkeeping and record keeping
9. Work at the direction of our Senior Accountant to generate quarterly Comp Time reports for all employees
10. Support Executive Team on appointment scheduling
11. Provide ongoing, creative, and innovative ideas to the Executive Team on office operations and administrative procedures
12. Run errands and attend meetings as needed to support operations
13. Work with marketing consultant to implement outreach campaigns using online and print media
14. Support Executive Team on planning, marketing, and participating in company social events and lunch and learns
15. Greet guests and the general public
16. Train and orient new interns in general office procedures
17. Assist team with procurement as needed
18. Document processes and procedures related to the items listed above
19. Other duties as assigned
Bravo Walk Support (~ 50%)
1. Order fulfillment, returns, and refunding
2. Develop a plan for conducting customer interviews, data collection, and scheduling of video testimonials
3. Generate influencer campaigns and monitor their progress
4. Manage social media campaigns on various platforms
5. Analyze returned devices to determine failures with the help of our engineers
6. Assist with assembly as instructed
7. Document processes and procedures related to the items listed above
8. Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
· Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field
· 5 years of relevant experience
