Program Analyst/ Business Analyst
- 6-month renewable contract
- Hybrid onsite in Dallas TX
The purpose of this position is to support the Enterprise Program Management function related to research and analysis, assessing business processes, requirements gathering, design, testing, and launch management activities for product and technological solutions, and a variety of enterprise projects and workgroups. This position is responsible for researching, identifying, recommending/solving, and potentially implementing solutions to business problems and needs of internal and external customers that enhance and optimize the customer experience.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum required. Experience working within an agile software development environment a plus.
- Proficient data analysis skills. Experience w/SQL, Power BI, Tableau a plus
- Experience leading/contributing to cross-functional projects, gathering requirements, User Acceptance Testing, and process mapping.
- Financial Services or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
