Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Manage project budgets and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project coordination
- Prepare regular status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Bluebeam, Prolog)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with construction estimating and construction management software (e.g., Heavy Bid) is a plus
