We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Programmer/Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be on supporting and enhancing our PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Payroll applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and analysis, as well as experience working with PeopleSoft applications.
Example of Duties
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements and customizations to PeopleSoft Financials and Payroll applications
- Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft applications
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in PeopleSoft development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
- Strong programming skills, preferably in object oriented languages and query languages such as SQL and SQR
- Previous experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or Payroll highly favored
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
