This position shares the Business Office Manager role as well. Long-term care experience wanted.

Basic Responsibilities:

Support the facility in the management of the following functions:

  • Recruiting, pre-employment screening and new hire on-boarding
  • Compliance with the reporting and management of FMLA, ADA, EEO and other employment laws
  • Employee Relations
  • Personnel file maintenance
  • Work injury documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Previous experience within long term care is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
