Role
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining custom applications, scripts and data reports for the Credit Union's core system and supporting information systems. Supports the business decision making process and strategic initiatives of the Credit Union by serving as the lead in the implementation, administration and development of a Credit Union Business Intelligence software.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform all functions in the software development life cycle (specification, analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance, support, and documentation)
Plan, developing, testing and documenting programming projects
Create workflow automation
Customize the credit union core solution Keystone
Create UI and batch scripts
Create reports and dashboards
Keystone API interface development
Maintenance of existing programs
Working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Lead projects
Lead the charge in implementing Tableau as the credit unions business intelligence tool
Report directly to the IT Manager the status of all projects on a regular basis.
Position Requirements
B.S. in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with at least three or more Development Languages: JavaScript, Java, C , PHP, and .NET
Experience with at least three or more web technologies including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML,and DOM
Relational Database experience with one or more of the following: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLServer, and DB2
Practical experience with functional programming, and designing concurrent and distributed systems
Proficient with independent, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to display strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Results minded
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with an innovative mindset and have strong analytical abilities

Desired Qualifications
Experience with Corelation or Symitar Core System
Experience with Analytics and reporting tools: Tableau, Jaspersoft Studio, and Crystal Reports.
Experience re-engineering tasks for more efficient workflow and results
Experience relaying technical processes in laymen terminology
Experience in creating management dashboards
Ergonomic Considerations
Must be able to view a computer screen, use a keyboard to enter information, and manipulate a mouse.
Job includes some repetitive hand/wrist motions.
Ability to operate office machinery.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle for business related travel.
Ability to talk and hear.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and crawl.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
