Role Summary
The Production Associate is responsible for applying their knowledge of food production and packaging in performing a broad range of duties related to the day-to-day operations and production of company products. This includes: the preparation of supplies, materials, and equipment; maintenance of equipment and facilities; store keeping functions; and proper and safe use of equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and attend training(s) on new procedures and equipment.
- Weighs or counts items for packaging and finished goods to ensure conformance to company standards
- Maintains a professional and positive attitude.
- Prepare product packaging (sanitizing, drying, labeling, etc.) and assemble goods into final packaging.
- Maintain, clean, sanitize, and properly store production tools and equipment.
- Gather adequate supply of materials needed for daily packaging and follow proper chain of custody procedures (documentation and security) for supplies and ingredients.
- Enforce and maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA, GMP and GLP, ensuring proper ingredient/packaging storage and handling. Putting products away in the warehouse following department processes
- Responsible for maintaining a tour friendly appearance in packaging area and all walking areas in between.
- Properly dispose of garbage at shift end and/or as needed.
- Ensure correct product batches match the correct packaging and labels.

- 1-3 years of experience in packaging or production
- Current Missouri State Cannabis Agent ID is required upon hiring or applicant must be in the process of acquiring Agent ID
