Savage Axe (ChunkiT) in Monroe, LA is looking for one bartender / floater to join our strong team. We are located on 1812 Tower Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

We are open Wednesday - Saturday.

Wednesday & Thursday 3:00pm - 10:00pm

Friday & Saturday 3:00pm - 12:00am

Mondays is for private events only.

Tuesday is by appointment only.

We have many plans for this event venue and are looking for someone who can grow and expand with us. Seeking someone who is a team player & ready to help out when needed.

Willing to work events and appointments - if needed - on Mondays & Tuesdays.

This is for a bartender position, but we are looking to cross train, where you'll also learn the front counter & how to train guest on Axe Throwing.

Pay:

Bartender $6.00 Tips.

FOH: $9.00

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Must have or be willing to get Bar Card.
  • Must be 18 to apply.
