Job Posting for Medical Staff for Integrative and Holistic Medical Office at Breakthrough Medicine
Breakthrough Medicine is hiring for a part-time & full-time office medical support position M – F. This is a fast-paced exciting Integrative Medical office for a naturopathic physician specializing in women’s health care, longevity medicine, environmental medicine, allergy treatment, GI health, and primary care practice.
Qualified candidates should have experience as: Medical Receptionist and or Medical Assistant ex. (MA, CNA, LPN ), Office Manager, Health Coach. Must have experience in answering phone, scheduling appointments, taking calls, taking and writing accurate, concise messages, team player, heavy multi-tasking, communicating with pharmacies, providers and vendors, strong computer skills (email, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Quick Books online, EMR), taking patient vitals, inputting data into computer, handling medications, reviewing Care Plan with patients, processing telemedicine appointment office visits, create invoices, process payments, handle cash and more. Must quickly process what physician is asking for and move on to next task efficiently and effectively.
Other valuable skills that would be helpful but not required include office management, phlebotomy and giving injections, natural medicine knowledge and healthy living skills.
Position requires daily sitting, standing, walking, moving, weekly lifting boxes of supplies/product, bending over, unpacking and placing of items on shelves.
