Breakwater Commons is a 96-bed brand new state of the art healthcare facility.
This is a one of a kind facility boasting private living spaces for all residents,
expansive therapy gym and panoramic views of Penobscot Bay.
We have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our management team
to oversee our maintenance, housekeeping & laundry departments.
We are seeking a results-oriented professional with a broad, working knowledge of
building repair and preventative maintenance, abilities in plumbing, carpentry and
knowledge of life safety and environmental procedures, codes and regulations.
Previous experience in health care, and management/supervisory background preferred.
This Position is Full Time and offers a competitive wage and benefit package!
