Packout Supervisor/Technician
We are looking for a dependable and trustworthy candidate to fill our open Packout Supervisor/Technician position. We offer room for growth, 401k, insurance, and many other benefits.
- Oversee all aspects of the contents and specialty contents operations, including pack-out, cleaning, storage, and replacement
- Oversee the management of projects (claims)
- Work with the estimator to develop accurate and timely estimates
- Inventory, boxing, and packing contents from the customer's home due to water, smoke, or soot damage
- Clean and inventory contents and carefully pack them for return to the customer's home after cleaning
- Identify items that cannot be cleaned or salvaged
- Physical labor including lifting of 50-75 lbs.
- A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory
- Must pass a Background and Drug screening
- Any experience with Xactimate or Symbility
- Organizational skills and time management required
- Prior residential construction/general cleaning knowledge and experience preferred
