We are a busy Breast Care Surgery practice.
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, familiar with Advanced MD (EHR) a plus.

Duties
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answer phone calls and make patient appointments
- Check patients in and Check out
- Verify Insurance benefits, obtain Authorization numbers

-Get charts ready for next day
- Schedule Mammograms

1 year medical office experience required. Medical, Dental paid 100% by employer. 401K offered and matched and PTO

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
