MS Word and Excel competencies is a must.

Job Description:
Our team is looking for a friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, and experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator for a busy construction office. Applicant must be capable of handling multiple tasks and possess excellent computer and customer service skills. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills to join our energetic office. Attention to detail, staying on task, and organization are all musts to be successful in this position.
Duties will include:
· Helping customers on the phone and walk-ins
· Deposits
· Various Customer Billing
· Running Errands
· Party Planning
· Other miscellaneous tasks and assisting other departments
· Full job responsibilities will be discussed at interview
