The Schedule & Network Planning Analyst at Breeze Airways helps to build and maintain the flight schedule for the airline. He/she needs to have excellent logic, critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making skills and a solid understanding of flight scheduling best practices. Collaboration skills are a must, as he/she will work with a variety internal and external stakeholders to build the most optimal flight schedule. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the analysis of network growth opportunities and industry changes.
Here’s what you’ll do
Analyze how to build the best possible flight schedule for our guests and the airline
Maintain and adjust the schedule as financial and operational needs dictate
Work together with the Planning and Revenue teams to accomplish the commercial goals of the airline
Work closely with operational departments to ensure the schedule meets the operational goals of the airline
Coordinate and update external parties (airports, service providers, etc.) with any changes to the flight schedule
Build processes and workflows to constantly improve the scheduling process
Forecast various growth opportunities to determine the most profitable use of the airline’s resources
Monitor & evaluate industry trends, both in schedules and networks, to advise the team and company leadership of the competitive landscape
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

Here’s what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience as an analyst in an airline Planning or Revenue role
Previous experience with airline flight scheduling systems (Zulu, Sabre Schedule Manager, OASIS, etc.)
Experience with modeling in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Skills/Talents
