They are responsible for establishing and maintaining data management policies and procedures to support the organization's data needs. The Data Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and implement data governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data management strategies and policies.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems and databases.
- Lead data quality initiatives and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and standards.
- Manage data security and access control policies.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure data availability and performance.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

- Experience with data quality management and assurance.
- Proven experience in project management and leading data initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
