Lead Applicator Foreman (Hourly Pay Profit Sharing and Performance Bonus)

Applicator Assistant (Will Train Starting at $20 per hour)

Rogers, MN based company looking to fill one Chemical Applicator Foreman position in the lawn care field. We are looking for experienced, hard working, and detail oriented people. We can hire immediately. Pay will depend on experience, driving record, education, certifications, and interview. Reliable and hard working individuals move up easily.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed applicator (We will get you licensed or re-licensed)
  • 2 years experience with a stand on spreader
  • 1 year experience as a foreman
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Have valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Ability meet punctual start times and work a daily schedule with varied end times.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
