Location: Within Minnesota, North Dakota or Wisconsin that will be determinded based on candidate location and Bremer's current needs.
The Credit Analyst 3 position provides high level analytical support to the Business and Ag Banking departments to ensure client service standards are met and credit presentations and loan documentation are in compliance with applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spreading and analyzing financial statements and credit information.
- Preparing and assisting in the formulation of credit presentations and risk management activities.
- Resolves most moderately complex problems independently and some highly complex problems with occasional direction from management.
- Makes some recommendations regarding credit extensions.
- Demonstrates ability to mentor and advise lower level credit analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and 5 years related experience.
- Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment.
