We would like to interview you here at Brentwood Nursing Home.

Qualifications :

Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills
Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image
Previous kitchen experience is helpful.
Must be able to lift various weights, of up to 25 pounds or more with assistance.
Works in areas that are hot as well as cold and with equipment common to a food service Kitchen

Dietary Duties :

Prepares the main dining room for meal service.
Sets tables with necessary items.
Menus are set up for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Work area is to be cleaned and sanitized
Tables are cleaned after meal service using proper sanitation guidelines and procedures.
