Essential Qualifications

  • Inspect the facility on a regular basis to ensure grounds, facility & equipment are maintained in accordance with established policies, procedures & all hazardous areas are properly identified.
  • Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators & equipment as well as various mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
  • Establish an effective preventive maintenance program of cleaning, painting, inspecting and maintaining facility equipment & building.
  • Inspect, maintain, & test fire alarms, emergency systems, generator, in accordance with established policies & procedures while maintaining appropriate records of test results.
  • Must be able to read, write & speak English.
  • Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients, visiotrs, volunteers, the general public & outside business staff.
