CAD Drafter
Job Posting for CAD Drafter at Breton Cliff Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules from sales agreements and assist with standard plans and structural designs as necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate creation of floor plans and interior elevations for design catalogs.
- Generate and update all site plan information, including the creation of as-built site plans and lot fits for all communities.
- Maintain CAD standards and blocks, ensuring all standard plans are compliant before release.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing documentation based on standards.

Job Requirements:
- Three to five years of AutoCAD drafting experience in residential construction.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and transition quickly between tasks.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and blueprints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Team-player attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
