A renowned hospital in Western New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee its Emergency Department. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, nurse development, and staffing, and serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff. Responsibilities:
- Supervises and develops department personnel.
- Works directly with patients and staff to enhance nursing techniques and approaches.
- Initiates and coordinates the development, improvements, and implementation of standards and department policies.
- Participates in the development and implementation of the unit’s budgets.
- Assist with hiring and orienting department personnel.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred.
- Active RN License.
- 5 years of nursing experience is preferred.
