A renowned healthcare system in Massachusetts is searching for an Adult Psychiatric Registered Nurse for one of its hospitals in the Northshore. Responsibilities:
- Provide competent and compassionate patient-centered nursing care in a 20-bed inpatient acute psychiatric unit.
- Administer medications, monitor patients, and document treatment progress and patients’ response.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
- Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- An ADN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 2 years of acute psych experience.
Additional info:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule; 4x8, 7a-330p
- Pays; $32-58/hr., depending on experience, differentials.
