Are you the best finance manager at an auto dealership? The strongest mortgage broker at a bank? You have to be the best, not just competitive, we will pay for the best. Our business is expanding, and our growing dealer group needs another F&I Manager. We need someone who can sell well and sell ethically—a master of finance and insurance knowledge. Must be able to communicate product features and benefits professionally and in a way that not only gets customers to understand but gets them to buy. Provide thorough responses to customer’s questions and concerns. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with banks to contract new business
  • Sell and close deals to customers
  • Generate finance income on all sold customers
  • Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
  • Contract or collect all money at closing
  • Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
  • Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
  • Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket)
  • Work closely with the sales department
  • Handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life

Compensation

  • $150,000 plus annually depending on the ability to sell.
