About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BRIA. As an LPN, you will provide direct care to residents, supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing resident needs and well-being.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care.
