Job Details:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Truck Mechanic experience.
  • Ability to diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on a variety of vehicles.
  • Experience with truck alignments a plus. 
  • Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to build or acquire knowledge to improve or develop skills.
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and effectively deal with difficult situations and or people.
  • Negotiate and secure cooperation daily from a variety of individuals.
     

Duties Include, but not limited to:

  • Perform truck repairs.
  • Perform alignments on various vehicles.
  • Assist teammates with other duties as assisgned. 
  • Perform tire repairs, mount/ dismount tires, etc.
  • Ensure the team maintains a safe and clean work environment.
  • Provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to generate repeat customers.
